Gain a deeper understanding of energetics, the nervous system and the power of intention to effectively assist your clients with tapping into their own innate intelligence and ability to heal themselves.
Master the art of evaluating your clients through our signature Spinal Energetics assessment, which combines observation, touch, postural diagnosis and body language analysis.
Learn the five layers and six processes of Spinal Energetics level one, where they are located in the energetic field and spine, what meaning and stories they hold and how to awaken and release them.
This online course is designed to fit your schedule. You have the flexibility to work at your own pace over 12 months.
Learning Spinal Energetics is an intricate process; as you move through the theory and video lessons, we highly recommend being patient with yourself, take lots of notes and set aside dedicated time each week to study and practice.
Each month, we host live sessions; Dr Sarah Jane facilitates these sessions. You’ll be able to ask questions, receive feedback and engage with the Spinal Energetics community.
Modules and Lessons
This course is made up of five modules:
One: Introduction
This short and sweet module introduces you to the course, Spinal Energetics and Dr Sarah Jane. This module also includes a reflection workbook.
Two: Energetics + Three: Anatomy & Philosophy
These are theory-based modules of required pre-readings. These lessons will equip you with 101 foundational knowledge to prepare you for the next modules.
Four: Spinal Energetics
The heart of this course is Spinal Energetics, so we’ll spend most of our time here. This module will take time and patience to get through! You’ll need to set aside dedicated time to study and practice; we highly recommend taking notes, drawing diagrams, and revising + practising the content as much as you need to build a deep and authentic understanding of the content. Through the Spinal Energetics lessons, you’ll learn all the skills required to be a practitioner of Spinal Energetics for one-on-one sessions.
Five: Expand
This module covers a mix of themes that complement modules two, three and four; such as Chakra, Somatics, Breathwork, Functional Movement, Meditation and Mythology. This is a module you can visit at any time during the course.
Support
This online course is largely independent in nature, meaning that you’ll study and practice the content independently at your own pace. We understand this style of learning is not for everyone, and strongly encourage you to consider this before applying.
We are here to help! To support you during the course we offer a once-monthly live sessions. This will be a Q&A format and will be recorded for those that cannot attend. We also have a support team that you will be able to email and ask questions at any time.

This online course will include theory, diagrams, images, pre-recorded videos and live videos.
This includes 20 hours of pre-recorded video, and 12+ hours of live video calls with Dr Sarah Jane.

We're excited to offer this online course that's designed to fit your schedule. You'll have the flexibility to work at your own pace, and the completion timeframe is entirely up to you.
Depending on your learning style and pace, this course is around 50 hours. While we recommend finishing the course in 3 months, we understand that everyone's schedule is unique. To help you stay on track, we suggest setting aside dedicated study and practice times at least twice a week. It’s important to note you’ll have access to the course portal for 12 months from the date you begin.

Every month, we conduct live sessions in a Q&A format. These sessions will be facilitated by Dr Sarah Jane or sometimes by a Spinal Energetics key team member, and the timing will vary. We will notify you in advance of when these sessions will occur. In case you are unable to attend, all live calls will be recorded.

Throughout the course, you’ll be required to complete mini-tests and quizzes. You’re also required to complete a final assessment of 3 x case studies and submit 3 x 10-minute video assessments.
After you have submitted your final assessment, please allow us up to 30 days to mark it. Once it has been marked as successful, we will promptly issue your Certificate of Completion and provide you with the necessary information for your next steps.

Yes! After successful completion of the course, you received a Certificate of Completion. You are then able to gain insurance through IICT.

No, this course does not cover the skills required to teach any part of Spinal Energetics to others. We are developing a long-form course for those wanting to teach Spinal Energetics; please note there will be strict prerequisites for eligibility.

No, this course is designed to equip you with the skills required to be a Spinal Energetics Practitioner of one-on-one sessions only. However, after you have gained experience, a minimum of 6 months, we can offer further support and mentorship in the skills needed to facilitate group sessions and events.
